Week 5 of the W3E League has concluded and there were some really great matches! The league is heating up and we are seeing who can stay at the top of the leaderboards.
Results:
- Eternity NA vs. Delta SEA was an extremely close match between the two teams. Each team took a game a piece and are now tied on the leaderboards with a 7-3 record. Both teams won in their respective regions and are definitely games to rewatch on our Youtube channel.
- XBorg EU dominated the Floating birds this week with a 2-0 record. The game was completely controlled by the XBorg team and only letting go 13 kills combined for the two games. Very impressive gameplay from them. A big win with great K/D puts them at first and It proves that they deserve to be number 1 spot on our leaderboard.
- XBorg Suwy loses to Eternity EUC in a convincing manner. Eternity takes it 2-0. With their great teamwork and precise aiming they are a team that is very hard to beat. They moved up to 4th place on the leaderboard this week!
- MMG and Dumplings went punch for punch in their matches. They were very close games ending in a 1-1 score. Back and forth during the matches and stayed close in kills throughout the games! We love seeing nail biting games. Both teams won on home turf SEA and EU respectively.
- Eternity EU stomps SAGE Esports. SAGE got completely shut out one game for 0 kills but managed 2 kills in the next. Eternity showed why they are a top tier team scoring the max amount of kills in both matches. Eternity EU goes 2-0
- AoK goes 1-1 with IntroXpector. Both teams are in the middle of the leaderboards and need big wins to try and catch up to the top. Hopefully these two teams can pick it up and find some wins against the top teams, as we’ve seen both perform better versus top teams than some ranked above them have. Interestingly, both teams won on the away server but lost on their own.
- XBorg NA destroys LaSSo 2-0. Bicboi and Bigbrainpapi proved yet again why they are one of the best duos in the world right now. Both matches had very high kills for the XBorg team. 50 kills in match 1 and 45 kills in match 2! They are both on another level. Lets see if next week they can regain the number 1 spot in our league.
- Hot Heads picked up another 2 wins after YGG forfeited for the second week in a row. Hopefully we can see the prominent Web3 guild get back to action soon as they sit in 15th place.
