Introducing Our Top Team

Introducing Our Top Team

Hi all!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the two GOATs behind W3E. Damian Bartlett and Thang Phan. Both of them have been instrumental in building this brand from the ground up, and you will all have a chance to make your introductions on the day.

Damian Bartlett, Team Lead

Damian has been a gamer since childhood, from the days of Atari, to competitive Halo 3, to accidentally stumbling into the world of Twitch streaming through Mobile gaming in 2016. Better known as DBofficial125, he quickly broke out as the first live streamer for EA’s Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes game and was recruited by EA as part of their-now EA Creator Network. He carved out a niche as a free to play, community-first voice in the shill-filled, micro-transaction minefield that is the Mobile gaming space.

Despite amassing millions of views and becoming a full time gaming influencer, Damian stepped away to return to his love of FPS, Survival Horror and Card games. Web3 came knocking when Splinterlands solved the problem of digital card games and card ownership. Since then Damian has been building in the space, working with developers to improve their games and looking to foster a new era of competitive gaming through Web3 esports.

Thang Phan, Marketing Strategist

Thang Phan is the marketing strategist behind W3E. He has been gaming since he can remember. Excelled at FPS shooters and MOBAs he played League of legends, H1z1, PUBG, Valorant and Fortnite at a high level. His passion for gaming led him to have a great career in professional gaming and content creation. He has been in some of the most recognizable organizations in Esports, FaZe Clan and the Sentinels where he played in many tournaments and events. He’s been in many twitch rival tournaments, fortnite invitationals and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the gaming space like Nadeshot, Valkyrae, Tfue, and many more. Now he is excited to be involved in everything Web3 and helps build towards the future of space.
